Salt Therapy – What is it and how can it help?

It has been long known that salt carries many healing qualities. Salt is well known for displaying strong anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties and has been used for centuries as a healing aid, used in many different forms of treatment modalities, from cleaning wounds to drawing out infection. On top of that research has shown that salt can be used to aid breathing difficulties and regularly inhaling concentrated salt can have many different healing properties and health benefits, promoting good respiratory health and wellness.
