Our Studio:

Within our studio we not only offer infrared sauna we facilitate further treatments to elevate your wellness routine, such as salt therapy. Salt Therapy dates back centuries, its benefits include respiratory relief, skin rejuvenation, and stress reduction. Its a popular add on at just £12.50 per session. Our ethos is to make wellness accessible for all therefore we also offer a few complimentary treatments within a studio session such as our PEMF Mat and 2 Red light Therapy Devices (this is a firm fave among our members) Pulse Electromagnetic Field Therapy uses waves to stimulate the body natural healing process, it improves circulation, reduces pain, enhances sleep and promotes overall wellness, Red Light Therapy, RLT uses red and near infrared light to stimulate cellular activity. It can improve skin health, reduce inflammation, enhance muscle recover, boost mood and promote hair regrowth.

Studio sessions start at just £20 for a 30min session, however if you wish to avail to the complimentary treatments on offer we do recommend a 45 or 60minute session to allow adequate time on each treatment.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays in the studio we have our in house Holistic Therapist Gayle, Gayle offers a range of holistic therapies and spiritual practices these can be combined with Elements Restorative Treatments as Packages or booked individually, treatments can be combined and tailored to your own needs.
