Love this place! I have been a few times and it’s such a relaxing, tranquil space that you can just switch off in. Ashleigh has thought of everything and is a great communicator. The infrared sauna itself is lovely and the red light therapy is so effective! Always have a great nights sleep after being at the studio. This is exactly what Newtownabbey needs!

Had my first IR sauna with added salt therapy yesterday.
What an amazing experience, really lovely calming environment, the booking experience was so easy and help was on hand if needed.
I had the best sleep I’ve had in weeks after the session!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. alot of thought and effort has went into this from booking right to the very end. I always start with the infrared then finish off in the actual sauna. I also really appreciate knowing what all the different colours mean and can use them to my benefit. such a lovely tranquil space and always receive a warm welcome. looking forward to booking in again. many thanks for having this on our doorstep

Fantastic studio and service, I use the staffed appointments while the kids are at school, its a lovely treat within my week and really helps melt away the stress of the week. I have a few health conditions and since using I feel a lot more able to manage, my joints are less stiff and mobility has improved. A regular part of my self care.
