In todays busy world it isn't often we get a moment to ourselves, however, much like our homes and bodies our minds also need a deep clean. Here's a few suggestions on ways to clean up your thoughts and busy minds.
- Be mindful - take a mindful walk away from technology or phones.
- Journal - pen your thoughts to paper to clear away overactive thoughts.
- Practice self care - schedule time in your week to do something nice for yourself - your future self will thank you for it!
- Mediation - make time for mediation - buddha says if you cannot give yourself 20mins daily to mediatte each day, you need an hour :)
